Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound sales and strategic lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated by performance and closing deals. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across Jamaica, the US, and Canada, selling high-value Recruitment, HR, and EOR solutions.
- Responsibilities/Duties
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively source and engage leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and outbound calls
- Execute outbound campaigns using tools such as Saleshandy, CRM platforms, and outbound dialers
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities
Appointment Setting & Closing
- Book and conduct discovery calls with prospects
- Present and sell our suite of services
- Handle objections effectively and close high-value deals
Pipeline Management
- Build, manage, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Ensure timely and structured follow-ups with all prospects
- Track all activities within CRM systems and maintain accurate records
Brand & Market Presence
- Attend networking events, expos, and industry meetups
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and live sessions to generate and nurture leads
- Represent the company professionally across all platforms
Reporting & Performance
- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Skills & Certifications
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of aggressive outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling into Jamaica, US, and/or Canadian markets
- Strong ability to sell high-ticket solutions
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working remotely and using dialers and outreach automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, FinTech, or HR-related solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools
