Catalyst GEM is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Caribbean Corporate Partnerships Lead to drive business development, partnership growth, and revenue generation throughout the Caribbean region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships that create qualified opportunities for Catalyst GEM and its portfolio of university partners. This includes building partnerships with employers, chambers of commerce, professional associations, government agencies, workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and other strategic stakeholders across the Caribbean.

Working closely with the CEO and university partners, the Caribbean Corporate Partnerships Lead will serve as Catalyst GEM’s regional representative, helping organizations identify education and workforce development solutions that support employee development while generating sustainable enrollment opportunities for Catalyst GEM’s client portfolio.

Business Development & Partnership Growth

  • Identify and develop new corporate, government, and institutional partnership opportunities throughout the Caribbean
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified business development opportunities
  • Generate employer partnerships that create sustainable enrollment opportunities for Catalyst GEM’s university partners
  • Support regional market expansion and client growth initiatives
  • Contribute to the achievement of agreed partnership and revenue objectives

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Develop relationships with employers, chambers of commerce, professional associations, workforce development organizations, and government agencies
  • Identify opportunities for employer-sponsored education, workforce development initiatives, executive education, and professional learning programs
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleges, universities, and educational organizations to support transfer pathways, articulation agreements, and strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Represent Catalyst GEM at regional meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums

Relationship Management

  • Serve as Catalyst GEM’s primary regional representative throughout the Caribbean
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, government officials, and other key decision-makers
  • Support the CEO in expanding strategic client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Coordinate the transition of qualified opportunities to Enrollment Advisors for student engagement and enrollment support

Market Development & Intelligence

  • Monitor regional market trends, workforce priorities, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support university partner growth strategies
  • Identify new sectors, industries, and geographic markets for expansion
  • Support the development and execution of Catalyst GEM’s regional growth strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in business development, partnership management, workforce development, higher education, corporate engagement, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships
  • Strong professional network within the Caribbean region
  • Experience working with employers, government agencies, educational institutions, associations, or other strategic stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple partnership initiatives
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Caribbean
