Catalyst GEM is seeking a motivated and student-focused Enrollment Advisor to support prospective students throughout their enrollment journey across the company’s portfolio of university partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students, providing personalized guidance, managing enrollment pipelines, and supporting applicants from initial inquiry through application submission. Working closely with employers, university partners, and Catalyst GEM’s operations team, the Enrollment Advisor will help prospective students identify the educational pathway that best aligns with their personal and professional goals.
This role supports multiple university partnerships and requires a consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional student experience.
- Responsibilities/Duties
Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries received through marketing campaigns, employer partnerships, webinars, referrals, and other recruitment initiatives
- Conduct proactive follow-up with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
- Provide accurate information regarding academic programs, admission requirements, tuition, scholarships, start dates, and enrollment procedures
- Conduct individual consultations to understand prospective students’ educational and career objectives
- Guide prospective students through the application process and assist in preparing required documentation
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants to maximize application completion and enrollment conversion
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Manage an assigned portfolio of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment
- Maintain accurate records within Catalyst GEM’s CRM and enrollment management systems
- Monitor pipeline activity and prioritize follow-up to maximize conversion
- Coordinate with Admissions Operations to ensure complete and accurate application submissions
- Maintain established service standards for response times and applicant communications
Employer & Community Engagement
- Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, employer presentations, education fairs, webinars, and information sessions
- Support employer partnerships by providing educational consultations to employees and prospective students
- Represent Catalyst GEM and its university partners professionally at community and recruitment events
- Assist in strengthening relationships with employers, referral partners, and community organizations
Client & Operational Support
- Collaborate with university admissions teams and Catalyst GEM Operations to facilitate efficient application processing
- Escalate applicant issues where appropriate and support timely resolution
- Provide market feedback and prospective student insights to support recruitment strategies
- Support implementation of enrollment campaigns and recruitment initiatives across the client portfolio
- Skills & Certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, customer success, student services, sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage multiple prospective students simultaneously
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Caribbean education markets and regional cultural dynamics is desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
