The People Management Coordinator supports employee engagement, accountability, and core HR functions. This role partners with managers and employees to promote a positive culture, ensure consistent policy application, and support daily HR operations.
– Coordinate employee engagement activities and communications.
– Support managers with accountability processes and policy enforcement.
– Dependable support to the CEO
– Assist with onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, and compliance tracking.
– Maintain accurate employee records and prepare basic people metrics reports.
– Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support needs.
– Willingness to use technology in the onboarding process
– Familiarity with/ willingness to embrace ISO / other standards
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or related support roles.
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, documentation practices, and basic employment law.
  • Psychology background a plus
