- Responsibilities/Duties
- Develop and execute branding strategies that align with our Company’s vision and market trends.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, export, and product development to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and market feedback to refine strategies and drive brand equity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Regular Trade Visits.
- Skills & Certifications
- What We are Looking For:
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
