Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branding strategies that align with our Company’s vision and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, export, and product development to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and market feedback to refine strategies and drive brand equity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Regular Trade Visits.

What We are Looking For:

  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
  • Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
