Accountant

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
🔹 Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
🔹 Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership, boards, and key stakeholders
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
🔹 Strengthen and maintain internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
🔹 Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations
🔹 Monitor revenue collection, billing cycles, and expense management
🔹 Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders
🔹 Support continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and efficiencies
🔹 Contribute to strategic initiatives and financial planning activities

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong experience preparing financial statements and management reports
✔ Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✔ Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls
✔ Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔ Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong communication and presentation abilities
✔ Ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple priorities effectively
