To be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients at the sub-ledger level, ensuring that at all times the balances represent the true position of the amounts owed to the company, and to assist with the collection of these amounts.

  • To be responsible for maintaining the advertising accounts receivable sub-ledger.
  • To assist with reconciling clients’ accounts.
  • To be responsible the posting of Credit Notes.
  • To be responsible for the preparation of month end reports and procedures.
  • To be responsible for the preparation of manual invoices.
  • To be responsible for the reconciliation of return cheques.
  • To be responsible for the posting of Receipts from the Montego Bay Office.
  • To be responsible for opening new accounts.
  • First Degree in Business Administration – Accounting
  • At least ACCA level I
  • At least three (3) years accounting experience
  • Competence in accounting applications
  • Competence in spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to be meticulous and pay close attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Baseview accounting application
