We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sorting Operator to carry out the bottle sorting activities according to company standards. You must keep your work space safe and clean and collaborate with all your team members and superiors.
- Responsibilities/Duties
- To fully understand the Standard Procedures
- Review and sort empty bottles, crates and pallets along his shift
- Keeps his workspace under the 5’s standars
- Helps with other tasks as directed by the shiftleader
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and pallets.
- Sort items on conveyor belt.
- Remove defective items.
- Ensure conformance to specifications.

- Previous work experience in professional activities that require high intensity effort
- Background in sorting or construction
- High School Diploma
- Working Conditions
- The position requires working in a brewery environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, loud machinery, and the smell of brewing ingredients.
- The sorter will work on their feet for extended periods, standing and moving continuously during their shift.
- The role involves repetitive tasks, such as sorting bottles, inspecting for defects, and ensuring proper placement.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety goggles, and ear protection, must be worn as required.
- Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.
- The sorter must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily productivity targets.
- Occasional lifting of bottles or boxes weighing up to 30 lbs is required.
- Adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards is mandatory at all times.
