Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Caribbean region. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Caribbean market.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Qualification in Teacher Education and experience in educational sales would be an asset.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Social Media and Email
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Caribbean region.

The role is primarily office-based, involving work at a desk with a computer, phone, and other office equipment. The work environment is typically quiet to moderately busy, with regular interactions with colleagues and occasional clients.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and using office equipment. Minimal physical effort is needed, aside from occasional lifting or moving of light office supplies.

Travel:
Regional and local travel may be required, such as visiting branch offices or attending training sessions, corporate events and potential client establishments
