We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a high-traffic clothing store located in Kingston at the Norman Manley International Airport. - Responsibilities/Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and maximizing transactions.
- Consistently exceed weekly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product details.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English (Grades I or II).
- At least 6 months of retail sales experience in a similar environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated by sales targets.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong numeracy skills with attention to accuracy in transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and able to work effectively in a team.
