The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and provide administrative and personal support to enhance efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in executive support and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
- Responsibilities/Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and communications with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
- Assist with managing personal tasks, including special events or reservations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Skills & Certifications
- Associate Degree in Business Management, Secretarial studies or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
