In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across various sectors.
- Responsibilities/Duties
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams to define and refine requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Perform hands-on development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technical development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

- Skills & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, or CCBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on providing services across diverse industries.
- Proven track record of gathering and documenting technical requirements and specifications in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and propose effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of organizations.
- Proven experience in software development and technical solution design.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems and integration technologies relevant to different sectors.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and initiatives across various industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
- Technical proficiency in software development, including coding, debugging, and testing.
